Estate sales typically involve the liquidation of the contents of a full or partial home. Contents include furnishings, appliances, clothing, art, decor, housewares, linens, tools, sporting goods, jewelry, and often vehicles, boats, and farm equipment.
Our firm takes care of everything from start to finish. We inventory, research market values, organize, display, and create a price tag every item in the sale.
We set up merchandise to avoid ‘shrinkage’, and place an employee in each room to oversee all activity.
Buyers enter in one door, and may only exit via another specific door. The number of buyers entering the home is monitored the entire day so there is never an excessive amount of people in the house at one time. Backpacks, large tote bags, and food or drinks are not permitted in an effort to protect the clients property as well.
